Bankruptcy Experience

Many people in South Florida are facing an uncertain financial future. Housing prices are dropping following the collapse of the housing bubble, and unfortunately, the number of delinquent mortgages has increased 300 percent. Home foreclosures are also up 150 percent, compared to 2009. Additionally, South Florida is seeing its highest-ever rates of bankruptcy and unemployment. It is never possible to tell what the future holds for the economy, but filing for bankruptcy may be the option that makes the soundest financial sense for some people. If you need to consolidate your resources, get rid of harassing creditors, and take care of your debt obligations, consulting with a bankruptcy attorney is usually the best option.

Many attorneys offer bankruptcy assistance, but not all of them specialize in financial law or bankruptcy procedures. Since bankruptcy law in different states has different variations, make sure that you discuss your situation with a local bankruptcy attorney before filing. If you’re looking for a bankruptcy lawyer in Miami or South Florida, make sure that you consult with only the best. Foreclosure Experience

As housing prices have fallen, delinquencies on mortgages have tripled.  Foreclosures have increased almost 150 % from two years ago.  Foreclosures hurt families, their neighbors, whole communities and the overall housing market.  Most individual borrowers have been victims of loan servicing errors, predatory lending and loan origination issues without even realizing.  Banks are becoming increasingly aware of the necessity to keep the borrower in their home or risk significant losses even without these issues.

Our law firm consists of attorneys with over 15 years of combined litigation experience.  Our law firm is available to assist you with you pre-foreclosure loan mitigation and workout options that may exist with your lender.  Additionally, our office can raise your legal defenses and assert any and all available claims against the wrongdoers and responsible parties.
